These are most of the faces I have worked on over the years. Most of them still need work.

I’ve been staring at them for a while and I think Mala and the first unamed girl are my favourites :)
I can’t wait to see your dolls in resin?

do you have another blog you post on, because I feel this one isn’t updated often but I would like to see more fo the body.

your dolls look beautiful so far! how tall are they going to be?

      Thank you :D
I haven’t posted much recently because I get way too absorbed in my work. I am hoping to completely redo my blog since this is buggy and unfinished, and post a lot more now that my doll is done. I actually post the most over at The Joint, but now that I am almost finished I am going to post here a lot more. I should have way more information up over the next couple of weeks.

It’s so good to see your blog updated again! The doll faces all look so beautiful and the body (though half completed) is utterly amazing. I have two little questions though…Is it just me or is the gap between Thaleia’s lips in the current render less pronounced than the original one? And are you still going with the idea of making different expressions available? Cos I’ll love to see a Thaleia with closed lips. The render of Penelope without the heavy makeup actually makes her features more obvious, and I have to say she looks stunning. Other than that, all the best with your doll making and may you make it in time for Dollism.

The gap may be. I might have accidently closed her mouth a bit before rendering. I was reading a thread on DOA and it seems like a lot of people really hate open mouths so I was unsure what to do about that. I might just close the few open mouths I have and stick with that for the default.
I really want to do different expressions. I am not sure how practical it is to have so many faces though – I’ll have to see. Expressions are hard for me to make look natural but hopefully I can figure it out.
      Thanks so much!! :D
